For Local Authorities

For Case Managers

Empowered Living Occupational Therapy also provides Best Interests Assessments and support with Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), ensuring that decisions made on behalf of individuals lacking capacity are both lawful and person-centred.
